the bellmen provided excellent service throughout my stay. panya, kook, kung, lek, loh, wit, and jib were all very friendly and helpful. my room was upgraded to a honeymoon room. dinner at malika sky bar and lunch at tempetaki and sushi were very enjoyable. the breakfast had a delicious halal selection.
the location of the hotel requires reliance on shuttle services, it's a bit isolated.

The breakfast buffet provided a WIDE selection of foods.
The room walls seemed thin. I heard my neighbors easily. Road noise disrupted sleep. The provided earplugs suggest this is known. I left early due to the noise and uncomfortable bed, forfeiting my money.
